Disney's Pixar Place Hotel

Please note that the Pixel Pool, Crush's Surfnin' Slide and Nemo's Cove has reopened to guests of Paradise Pier Hotel. This is part of the ongoing transformation to Pixar Place Hotel.

Disney Park Passes and Tickets

Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system.

To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day and a Ticket valid for park admission on that day are required for Guests (ages 3 and older).

It will be solely the responsibility of the Guest to check park availability by visiting disneytraveltradeinfo.com/dlrcalendar prior to purchasing a ticket. Theme parks will be limited in capacity, and park reservations are limited in number and subject to the availability of park reservations allocated to park tickets as determined by Disney, and theme park capacity; and are not guaranteed. Once the booking is made, Guests with a valid Ticket confirmation will need to visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. 

Effective immediately, the Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment maintenance. During this time, the following services and facilities have been relocated for guests as follows:
  - Check-in process will move to the Pacific Ballroom.  Guests will be required to enter via the hotel’s rear entrance.
  - Mickey in Paradise merchandise has relocated to the Pacific Ballroom.
  - The Pacific Ballroom will be open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily with limited offerings for guests to purchase.
  - Parts of the sidewalk along Disneyland Drive and the hotel’s north side may be closed to guests.  Signage on street corners will provide wayfinding instructions.

Please note, the direct entrance for hotel's guests into Disney California Adventure Park—will continue to remain open for guests. Guests will continue to have access to dining and recreation at the other Disneyland Resort hotels—Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Disneyland Hotel.
